I placed an order with Total Tv DVD on December 5th for the muppets box set for a friends Christmas Gift. It was sent to the wrong address, when I contacted them about getting it to me they said it would be resent. It is now January 6th, I have emailed everyday for the past week and haven't gotten a respose.
