I ordered a trial package for a gift. When I gave it to my son he told me he would not be interested. I called to return it to elite ecigs and was told I had ordered the kit more than 30 days ago and they would not refund my money. The kit had not been opened. I explained I had bought it as a gift for xmas and after speaking with the manager was told I could not return it but that they would refund $60.00 to my account. They said if I had just bought the kit it would be different but since it was a trial they would not take it back. Now I have a kit and I do not smoke. I found this to be totally unfair. Please READ VERY CAREFULLY everything on their web site. They say it's 30 days from the date of the order and not the date you receive the package. Very deceiving!
