I got a car insurance quote on the phone. it was $48 per month .but when i got my bill they said there is a $15 initial fee which nobody mentioned to me on the phone. And also i requested a change of vehical service,basicly i changed my car ,and let them know it. They dodnt tell me that there is gonna be any extra charge for that but on the bill i noticed that they increased my quote for $15 without letting me know that. When I noticed all this i cancelled the quote but i was charged $70 more than i supposed to be charged. I just wanna make sure they dont fool anybody else. When i asked them to provide me with all the phone conversations that i have made ,they said we dont do that. They politly said we are ripping you off and there is nothing(figure of speech) you can do about it.
