Signed up for FREE membership. Next day had 99.00 credit charge. Had to ask customer support to get 175 bids as promised. Recd same but this is going nowhere in a hurry. Do the math. An aution with 10,000 bids for an item valued at $100.00 retail, means that at 50¢ per bid, members generated $5,000 in income for Bidrack. A nice profit considering the item at wholesale cost $50-70.00. I'll tip my hat to the scammers! But wait, I routinely work with the U.S. Attorney General and various Assistant State Attorney generals. They are interested. I've lost more than $100 bucks before for doing stupid things. And I guess I was careless here too. But this hints of class action, deceptive trade practices, internet fraud, etc. Follow the money children. Look for big yachts and mansions on the Islands I'll bet. Enjoy while it lasts. Put a hold on your credit card, and upgrade to federal protection. Not sure what to expect next. Will stay tuned. #618

  • forgot to mention. I understand it takes big bucks to set up a computerized company like this. But, charging 50¢ for a 1¢ bid? Almost Bernie Madoff level, eh? What a shame. They could have eclipsed eBay if they kept it legit. Then people would have considered paying a membership, without being deceived into one.

  • i am afraid next is nothing. They do not ship "won items"--thjey even give out fake tracking info--when you check the tracking it is not good. they never give refunds. Please find the last report on this site to see how I finally got my money. 3 other people have said they got their's back this way too. Don't use those extra "free" bids they give you to shut you up!! That just gives them grounds to keep your money based on the fact you used their service. good luck!
