after placing a SINGLE ORDER for the FASTBRITE lens cleaning product their automated ordering system
pushed through a second unit 'free of charge' with a second shipping fee of $7.95. they FORCED the second unit with shipping charges attached onto the order and gave me NO way to refuse it OR to speak to customer service.... i had to cancel my card in order to avoid the deal and am having to wait a week for my new card...
what that company is doing is selling the unwary consumer TWO fastbright items for $10.OO with an UNREALISTIC shipping fee of $15.40...!!!
if it was not such a hassle i'd FILE A LAWSUIT against those people...!!!! what they're doing is absolutely CRIMINAL..!!!!!
