I ordered shoes for my niece in New York on 12/9/2011 using PayPal and PayPal Smartconnect. When I found out on 12/23/2011 that they had not arrived I began investigating. I Emailed to two Email addresses that I had and ask for a reply. No answer. Today I realized that this is a scam. PayPal and Smartconnect are investigating.
