This firm charged $2950 for assitance with processing a loan modification, after taking my money and not returning any phone calls, the firm failed to submit additional documents needed to the bank and my file was closed. The California Attorney General's Office website states it is illegal for these firms to collect money up front, this is scam and buyer beware.

- I am aware now! I was scamed 1,280 some for a loan. We need to band together a sue these people and the rest of the loan/lender places, these places are the ones that take the most money from people. We need to sue the government for losses and a lack of protection or even their lack of finding these people and taking them down. All the money they have stolen from people is enough to feed a city for years. This is getting to far.
