I ordered a pair of trainers for £50. from Lacoste. The money was paid thru' Realypay.com.
I have contacted Lacoste and they tell me that they have not received my order and therefore cannot refund to my card.
I have been trying to email realypay but I have had them returned as undeliverable.
The monies were paid to 'Haitian International Trading' in Shanghai.
I assumed that this was Lacoste head office.
