I purchased a novelty item (magnetic sculpture beads) intended as a Christmas gift. I was charged through paypal and the item was never received. I have contacted customer service multiple times (only through email - you cannot call these people) and always receive an evasive answer. I have now opened up a paypal dispute, hopefully I will get my money back since I used the reliable paypal. NEVER use nomorerack. Not worth the headache!!!!
