The same as others reported. I read a positive third party account on the web about Bidrack. The report included a promotion code: FREEBRK. Currently, I have not been able to find nor backtrack on this third party posting. I suspect phishing.

I did go to the Bidrack site and registered; this included giving my credit card information. For a couple of days, I tried out the bidding, bought a bid pack for $.02. I then decided I wanted nothing more to do with the site. I did what I thought to accomplish unregistering from the Bidrack business. I then got an email from Bidrack advising me my Visa card was being charged $ 75.00. I then phoned Bidrack's customer support twice as well as emailing several times to complain about the fee I was charged. Customer support told me my account had never been closed though I have email from Bidrack confirming the closure so with the representative on the phone, I closed the account. I shortly then received email from Bidrack advising me that I owed $99.00. I got a "canned" email response from Nomorerack refusing a return of the company's fees but offering me a bid pack of 180 bids.

I cancelled my Visa card. I filed a complaint with BBB.org in DE. I was advised by Visa that I could not dispute the charges because Visa considers Bidrack to be a legitimate business. I have now read many complaints on the web and have read BBB.org's findings regarding this business. My belief was that I was using the site with no charge as per the promotion code. Additionally, as a part of the registering process, I never saw nor understood that I would be charged a fee. Bidrack's actions are intentionally abusive and aimed to con such marks as myself. If I cannot recover the fee, I would at least like to have a means to getting Visa and Master Card to blacklist this business. I have no idea how to organize a massive protest.
