I ordered from www.winter-trends.com on 17 November to the value of 176.98 USD. To date I have not received the goods. Upon checking my bank account last night, on line, the money was taken from my bank account on 21 November. Immediately I received an email from another company who deal with their finances who said they would help in the event of any problems. I have emailed them and all they have done is said they have contacted Winter Trends on behalf of me to say I haven't received the goods. Some help!
I have sent numerous emails to Winter Trends and have been told they have been despatched via Fedex and they gave me a tracking number. I contacted Fedex and they told me the tracking number did not exist. It was then I realised I had been scammed.
Does anyone know if it is possible to get the money back
