I've order Uggs for my daughter on the 7th dec 2011 and they still haven't arrived They sent a e-mail as to say the money was taken off my account . i had a funny feeling about this as they said they would text me and i haven't heard nothing .
I never order nothing on -line and this has now made me not to order anything again so disappointed .
How people could do this is a bloody joke ,i will get back on to my bank and hope i get my money back ,if no well thats me out of pocket

Their website was down yesterday but appears to be back online today.
My g/f says that she used this site before and they did, eventually arrive! -

- By the way ... I regularly order items online and this is one of the very few occasions where things haven't worked as smoothly as one would have liked.
