Tried to cancel during trial. Wrote to co. and was told as a courtesy I could by e-mail but its usually by phone. Was billed in Oct for a bottle . called and called without getting to speak to anyone or leave message. I returned all opened and unopened bottles . I sent letter with them to stop shipments. I got another bottle yesterday. Just got it out of my mail today tho.
