I ordered a pair of Ugg boots from a website called newcozyboots.com. I completed the transaction and within 5 minute got an email to say what size do you want. I had already put this in but said it was size 5 I needed, then they said they do not have black only chestnut colour and they will send this. i said i don't want chestnut. they still insisted on sending chestnut. i said no please cancel the order. they said they charge 8%percent poundages.(whatever that means). I said how can you charge me card if you do not have the stock anyway the agreed to refund. i have sent numerous emails after this and suddenly no replies at all. Realypay is supposed to be some security 3rd party payment so found a number on their website and called them. A man just answered and said he will try and sort out. No luck yet!!
Complete fraund. I think Visa?mastercard should take their machines away from them
