We were offered free flights within the US and gas credits, which became impossible to collect. We were lead to believe that we would receive very low rates on multiple vacations. We have a booklet with possibilities, none of which seem to fit. We connected with Trade Winds, who merely functioned as a travel agent with no bargains that we could not have done on our own.
