Chad, the "salesman" at Palace Industries offered to ship some samples of safety goggles to our company. When they arrived, in the box were a bunch of things we didn't order and an invoice for nearly $500! When I called back, no one would give me a straight answer as to how I could get my money back (it was already paid) and when I threatened to sue the company, Chad swore at me said "go ahead".

- Hi, this is chad the salesman from palace industries. I'm sorry but this one had me laughing. We always offer a full refund on any items ordered that someone decides later they don't want nor would I EVER curse at a customer. Why would the company I work for want this hassle over a $500 order plus the person writing this is not the person who ordered the product. It's sad that this site gives a platform for unsatisfied customers to rant and slander a company who has been in business for over 22 years with thousands of satisfied customers!!
