I APPLIED FOR A UNSECURED CREDIT CARD THROUGH ADVERTISING UNDER FLEX CARD. I PAID THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND WAS TOLD I WAS APPROVED FOR 1500.00 AND THAT I SHOULD RECEIVE THE CARD IN 10-14 DAYS. I TALKED WITH PEOPLE ON NUMBEROUS OCCASIONS AFTER i DIDN'T RECEIVE THE CARD AND WAS ASSURED THAT IT HAD BEEN SENT. TODAY IS 12/22/2011, STILL NO CARD AND THE TELEPHONE SYSTEM HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN. I HAVE TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK ABOUT THE CHARGE AND REORDER ANOTHER CARD. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION ABOUT THE APPROVAL, ALL THE EMAIL'S STATING THE CARD WAS SENT AND RECORDED CONVERSATIONS WITH EMPLOYEES TELLING ME THE CARD WAS SENT. I WONDER IF WE CAN GET A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT GOING?

- About the same time i'd filled out for the same card and got the run around. Like you I didn't save my info, kinda wish iwould have. I agree with you. Something should be done. I am not the one to be havin my money played. Let me know if there is anything I should do to help you or I can do to help myself.
