Ordered ink for my Lexmark printer. Got it, but never worked right. The packaging said that I would get an error, but just ignore. The first cartridge would not print, so they replaced it. The second cartridge printed for a while, then quit. They told me to do a bunch of different things, none of which worked. Now suddenly, my printer tells me it is an unsupported cartridge. Turns out these guys buy (steal?) empty Lexmark cartridges and refill them. Great idea, but most Lexmarks are one time use only, they will not work if refilled.
So now, after they messed around for several weeks replacing, telling me to do other things, NOW they claim I'm past the warranty period, and cannot get a refund.

So, they finally replaced my cartridges with MORE unusable cartridges. Finally threw them all in the trash, licked my wounds, and bought REAL lexmark cartridges from an actual store. Gee, they work fine.....
