signed up for 7-day FREE TRIAL cancelled immediately cuz couldn't get info I wanted...no e-mail confirming cxl (as was promised) NO PHONE # to call for help... just waiting to be charged for my cancelled acct. I do have a "your annual membership(7-day free trial) has been cancelled" I am awaiting e-mail confirm...not holding my breath. BEWARE!!
