This company credit my account $.05 then took out $.01, $.01, $.03, and then on 12/6/2011 they debited my account for $30. I didnt notice the charges till it had overdrawn my account. I called them at 1-888-475-9335 and spoke to a lady. She told me that I applied for a loan on Nov. 28th, and at that time I didnt have internet at my house so I told her that it was mistaken and I wanted my money back. She continued to tell me that I couldnt get a refund because I had authorized for them to find a company to get me a loan. I once again told her that it was false cause I didnt have access to the internet. She then directed to me to her supervisor and the supervisor told me the same thing and she said I might as well get the loan cause I had already been apporved. I told them that I didnt need the loan. She then directed me to someone else. That person told me that I would be able to get a refund cause I didnt get a loan with anyone. He told me it would be 3 to 7 days before I got my refund. On day 7 (12/16/2011 which was a Friday) I called and asked where my money was. The person I spoke to told me that that was a problem in the computers and it would take me another 24 to 48 hours before I would get my refund. I told them then that if I didnt get my money back I would dispute the charges. I called back on Monday (12/19/2011) and they said I would recieve my refund my the end of the week. I told them that since I didnt recieve my money that I was calling the bank as soon as I got off the phone with them. I called the bank and their going to investigate the charges so I hope to recieve my money back soon one way or the other!
