- Date Occurred: 10/06/2011
- Reported Damages: $300.00
Ordered free trial of Hydroxatone and received 2 jars and was charged freight of AU$2.13 on 6/10/11. Then noticed further charge of AU$3.35 on 7/10, AU$93.03 on 24/10 & AU$95.42 on 8/11 from EPM Skinrevive. Then a further AU$71.13 on 14/11 & AU$71.98 on 12/12 plus freight charge from ACM Hydroxatone again. Then a charge of AU$96.31 on 7/12 from Skinthatsparkles.com.
Contacted by email customerservice@hydroxatone.com to complain about extra charges and received reply from support@atlanticcoastmedia.com stating that they were not their charges & asking for more information.
Have now contacted my bank and awaiting solution to prevent further charges.

- I have been billed by Skinthatsparles as well. Who are they? I have had 1 bill for $93.51, I cant find them on the net.

- Ive just filled all the forms out tonight so will have to wait and see what happens. My total in losses is $278.31 Ive received 2 jars of cream, pretty expensive stuff.

- Well, Ive just been hit again!!! $92.32! Bringing total to: $370.63.
Also just found their site on the net and have sent an email, so now waiting to see what happens, will ring my bank in the morn to stop any more withdrawals, keep my fingers crossed
