I recieved a phone call in october of 2011, from a company stating that they were have problems with mailing my magazine order on time and that i was recieving a supposed discount on the subscription. i argued with them that i had never agree to a magazine subscription. They informed me that i had passed the grace period for cancellation. They have been taking $39.90 out of my account for the past 3 months. I had my bank help me contact them, they then told me they would stop all payments and my account would be credited..They still took the money out this month, and not only that they took it out 3 days early. I am not sure what to do about this, how do i get them to stop taking the money out?
