International Title Service
3230 E. Flamingo Rd. #8-357
Las Vegas NV 89121
Complaint Description:
$320 bank check sent to International Title Service on 3/18/11 to acquire a registration for a 1979 Triumph Spitfire. As per their website, process takes 3-6 weeks. Check cashed 3/23/11. E-mailed Joseph Holmes (owner) on 4/5/11 to make sure all paperwork submitted was correct. Rec'd immediate response stating it was too early to determine when process would be completed. That's the last I've heard from Mr. Holmes or any other rep from the company. I sent four unanswered e-mails from April to June. In June, convinced International Title Service was not going deliver as promised, I acquired a registration for my vehicle on my own and notified Joseph Holmes by e-mail 6/29/11 that I wanted a refund. Two additional e-mails were sent to him on 7/30/11 and 8/15/11. NO RESPONSE TO ANY.
Your Desired Resolution:
$320 refund that I paid for services never completed by them, which I have since done on my own.
