1st, you can't get onto the website unless you buy a bid pack. After you buy a pack it is hard to win because there are too many people bidding. I won 2 items & am still awaiting the products. Its been 4 weeks. I called & customer support said it is up to the provider to ship the product. Still waiting. Taken in by this scam.
