Complaint 47131 Details Scan your bills for fraud

Applied for a $5,000 loan and was approved. Contacted by Todd Wallace. Told me I needed $400 down as collateral and $43 to send it Western Union to Spain (I would get the fee back too). I asked why I was dealing with Spain and he said he got me a great interest rate there. Was told the money would be put into my account within 24 hours. He sent me the contract via e-mail and I faxed it back along with the money to Madrid, Spain to a Adriano Rocha. Didn't get the money he promised, I called several times. A few days later, a Vincent Davis called me and said I needed $300 more because they re-evaluated my credit. So we sent another $300 and a $29 fee this time. Promised and promised my money. Never got it. Never got through on the phone, was either busy, a recording that said "all circuits are busy" even at 3:00 am, or it just didn't get through. Their website changed a few times. Tried to send an e-mail at the same address where I sent the contract, was undeliverable. I borrowed all this money from my daughter. We were hoping for the $5,000 to help with some bills. The money she leant me was supposed to pay for my grand daughter's birthday and christmas, I guess we won't have one now. My car is getting repossessed because of this mess too. Out the $792, the $5,000 I thought I was getting, and a car. I have to repay my daughter even though I am on disability of $735 per month. How do they live with themselves...I pray that I can get our money back along with extra for all this emotional stress.....
