On December 8, 2011, looking for information on my vehicle, I typed in CARFAX.com and was sent to another website which turned out to be CarVINchecks.com. This led me to believe that this was a part of CARFAX, the nationally advertised website where you check on a car before you buy it.
An unauthorized charge has appeared on my bank statement for $29.95, today. I would like to be reimbursed for the $29.95 plus $2.95 the original amount because no information was given.
I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.
