- Reported Damages: $333.03
ordered free samples ,one of each pay postage only.have been billed for two lots of each since that i have not ordered or recieved.this adds up to 333.03 that i can not waste.dates being07/11/11,08/11/11 ,21/11/11,23/11/11.would like to know what can be done.

- I've had the same thing, but only two payments. Ring your bank and get a new card reissued (i assume you had payed via credit card/mastercard?). This is what I have had to do. Your bank can also lodge a dispute for you to try and get your money back.
