On January 25, 2011 I purchased 2 cricked android phones total it was $400 for the contracts and service. When we received the phones neither one of them would work. My daughter wanted the phone and kept her's I called cricket they told me to ship it back to them which I did. They received the phone on 2/11/2011. They were to give me a credit on my debit card never happened. My bank account was closed then Cricket told me they would send me a check I have never received anything at all. I am owed $200 for the phone that they received back and sold to someone else. I am out $200. The bank account I had is closed so I can't dispute the transaction and I have given up because every time I call cricket they tell me someone will call me back. They have my money and I have nothing.

- Having issues with Cricket like many people. If you want no contract, $49 a month unlimited talk, data, and text on a 4G network, why don't you use a service that at least pays you back for being a customer. Ditch Cricket. Take a look at this new service www.unlimitedtalkdatatext.com . It uses the t-mobile 4g network. Much better coverage than cricket, and you can get paid each month to use the service. Take a quick look, and feel free to ask me any questions. My family just made the switch and we love it!
