My wireless phone bill from AT&T is about $20 higher than normal. I found a charge for Mobile Purchases & Downloads. In searching for details, I found these companies had charged $9.99 EACH stated as "per month" to my AT&T Wireless bill. I have never heard of either company and would not know how to download anything to my phone. I use my wireless rarely and only for emergencies. I barely know how it works for phone calls.
