Charges started appearing on my credit card. I had no idea what they were. They are using a previous credit card number; my bank had just issues me a new number, but the bank keeps charging the DBI charges under the old number to my new number. I called DBI at the number my credit card company gave me to call and they promised they would refund the money and stop charging me. Well, a few weeks later there is another charge. I reported this as fraud toi my credit card company and they promised to take care of it, but they have not. Now I have to wait on hold for a while to get the DBI Columbia House phone number again from the credit card company to call them. Then I am going to cancel a credit card that I have had for some 20 years because I am disgusted with my credit card company's inability or refusal to help me resolve this.
