I have a credit score that is pretty dinged up but I'm an honest person that pays his bills,that came on hard times. I was looking for some financial relief on line and received an email from Monroe Financial Advisors(Terry Osorio but her voice mail said Terry O'Donahue)that said all the right things. Everyone deserves a second chance and thats what They believed and were offering loan programs to help people get their financial life in order. I guess I just needed to beleive that there really was people who had a good and decent cause.They sent me a contract that stated I was to send them $825(western union)that would be put in an account and released after 6 months of timely payment on the loan-I sent it. I should have suspected something when I was told to send it to Devin Hicks(Chief Financial officer).This name didn't appear on any of the contract paperwork.The names on the paperwork were-Mark Acosta(Chief Executive Officer),Lester Brunto(Senior Vice President),Pablo Eglin(Senior Financial Accounts Manager),Barbera M. Sonyette(Account Executive),Alice Huerta(Accounts Receivable Manager-but as time went on I was told the ARM was Karen Penn)and Leslie Laretto(Accounts Representative).The address that these scammers are using is 2140 S Dixie Hwy,Suite 201,Miami,FL,33133. I googled the address and it does exist but I called several of the tenants and guess what, no one ever heard of these people! Although Terry Osorio(O'donahue) said she worked there for 3 years and Karen Penn (AR Manager)said she worked there for 6 years. After the funds didn't show in my account the next day,I called T.Osorio-O'Donahue and asked what was going on. She told me that there was a problem and I would have to speak with Karen Penn(AR Manager).I called and called-no reply until many hours later I was contacted by Karen Penn(# on caller ID was unavailable-I did question it).She told me that there was a problem with my credit score and the broker required that I send a payment of $600 to show the lender that I could pay back the loan.I replied that that was what the $825 was for and that they stated that they Knew that my score was not in a good state.I also stated that I was going to arrange direct payment of the loan from my pay(they would receive payment before I would receive my pay). She still insisted that the payment had to be paid to assure the lender that I could pay.At this time I asked for a reinbursement of my $825.I was told that she had to check into my account and it would be several days until it was resolved. They would send it to my account when it was resolved. I replied that I was changing my account and I questioned their legitamacy that I would call back to tell her where to send my money. No answer since -Tel#866-586-1162.Terry Osoriox39 and Karen Pennx56. This stinks- I no longer have any faith in people.
