This company told me I was approved for 2200.00 credit line so I paid the 69.00 application fee. In 7-10 business days I received a White Diamond prepaid credit card. I called them and they explained the 2200.00 credit line would be a line of credit on my credit report to help fix my credit in turn in 30-60 days I will receive my 69.00 back. I have yet to receive it. They also sent me a email saying that "You are receiving this email to initiate the secutiy deposit refund process. Please fill out the information below and we will process your refund promptly. This process takes 5 business days to complete so do not delay. Welcome to the Flexcard family and we apologize for the extended delay."

When I click the links to receive my refund they are broken. It keeps showing up the page not found and I tried to open on different web browsers.

  • I got the same email but mine takes me to a loan site for a payday advance. This is ridiculous I have been waiting for my card since the middle of october and still waiting...... I had no problem getting ahold of the company until yesterday and then all of a sudden from the second it hits 9am their time (6am my time) its busy from open to close. I wrote them an email yesterday telling them I would file criminal fraud charges against them if I did not receive my card today but after finding all these complaints today I'm not even going to wait for their response. I believe ALL WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED DO THE SAME!!!!!!! LETS MAKE A REAL STATEMENT THAT WE WONT TAKE IT!!!!!!!!

  • @Erica, I don't know if you too have spent the past few days trying to get a hold of them to find out what the status of your account is but I know I have. So let me give an update...... Today 12/8/11 I got up once again at 6am just to start calling and it stayed busy till about 11 am and I feel sorry for the poor girl who answered my call because without even giving her a chance to finish her welcome greeting I just started venting. She was actually very helpful after I stopped ranting, but we'll see how well they follow through with what they promised. She offered to cut me another card and have it expedited and shipped via first class mail and it will not void the original card that should be on its way so which ever one comes first I will be able to activate it. As far as the returned deposit email, she informed me to disreguard it and has already started the process for returning my deposit to my original source of payment. So I am feeling a little better than I did before, but that does not mean that they are out of the woods with me!!!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and am going to see it through unless FLEXCARD PROGRAM holds up their side of the deal. I will keep this post updated and hope others will as well. I want to know whats going on with others card status, if they have gotten things worked out or not. GOOD LUCK TO ALL

  • I really have had it with this company myself. I have been waiting on my card since the beginning of November have yet to receive it. I called yestetday and the young lady assured me that it was in transit and that I would get my deposit back. I just think it is cruel for people to take advantage of others and get away with it. I was planning to do my Christmas shopping for my son with that card but doesnt look like thats going to happen.

  • Also, go to the web site StopFraud.gov and place a complaint with them if things do not work out. If they are truly scamming people they need to be stopped ASAP!!!!!
