I applied for a loan, but did not accept it. they first hit my account from $.01 to $.03, 4 separate times. than they hit my acct for $30.00. why i dont know. i called and was told the $30.00 will be refunded. as of today i have not received the refund. it has been 7 days. while typing this letter i finally spoke with a customer service rep and was told i should receive a refund in 48 hours. themanager name is toni wayne. yeah right.
