I had someone with foreign accent call me telling me that I had been selected in a survey of some sort to a $100 gift card to walmart. I was told that all it would take is a 2.95 activation fee. I was told that I was going to be switched over to the supervisor for further information. In which I was stupid and told them it all. I had some kind of questionnaire and was not sure what i was really agreeing to. I had started to ask the guy on the line what it was, he had told me that if I had any questions to ask him at the end. It was complicated and frustrating, I was on my way to work and had just ended the call. They had continued to call back many times, and I did not answer. But on 11/25/2011 I was charged the 2.95 in which I was aware of that I had agreed to, But all of the extra (Inappropriate Content Removed) that came later on was 2 other charges of 34.95 and 54.95 on 11/28/2011. I still have not really figured out what Safe Protection is, I have been to their (Inappropriate Content Removed) website and attempted to call them many, many times. I have only gotten them to answer the phone once and was left on hold for forever. No one ever answers the phone I have sat there for 30 minutes of non stop ringing. Since then I have canceled the card that was used. My bank told me that I could file a discrepancy report against them. But other than that I am not sure what to do, other than never to do this (Inappropriate Content Removed)again.
