The end of September 2010 I setup an account with bidsauce and purchased a bidpack. I won my first auction on October 6th and subsequent auctions all the way thru end of December. I have yet to receive any of these items. I contacted the company numerous times via the online chat, thru the customer service number and via the support email system. I was advised during this time that there was a delay in receipt of items. When January came around and I still hadnt received items I contacted company again and was told that due to a issue with the payment processing company which the company is supposedly in litigation under they "didnt know when I would receive items but were working on other fair compensation to all those affected who hadnt received any of their orders and to expect an announcement within the next couple of weeks. I took the companys word that this was the case as I noticed that 3 more recent auctions that I won and paid for late December and early January had a different billing authorization screen and I did receive these three orders by end of January. I waited a month and when I hadnt heard anything in regards to promised announcement of fair compensation. I contacted the company again and was told still cant tell when I would receive orders and that the compensation is still being determined. At this point having waited 4 months for my items I filed a complaint with the better business bureau after waiting two months for a response on my complaint Bidsauce gave no response and case was closed. I did email the support team again after my case with the BBB was closed with no resolution. I did receive an email back stating the the litigation is still ongoing and at this time there is no estimated time as to when I will obtain my promised compensation. It has been over a month since I received that email and still no response. I have done some research online in regards to complaints against this company and have found numerous with similar claims of not receiving merchandise. At this point any assistance from you would be very helpful
