I received a charge for 30.00 which I did not authorize. I contacted the company and they told me its in a contract for the charge however I never signed a contract.

- I was just looking at my bank account and found $30.00 was taken from my account last night from these scam artist. I didn't even know who they are..... what is it that we gave our info to that they had it to take money out??? Do you happen to know? I'm going to ask my bank about getting it back..... and is this is charge that is going to keep happening, or was it a one time charge for $30.00???

- Same thing happened to me this morning. My bank will get in touch with them and get my money back. Im also doing my self another favor...changing my bank account number

- This really stinks. This is the second time my account has been charged $30 by this so called company. I have never signed a contract with these people nor have I given my permission for them to take money from my bank account. I will be talking with the bank manager today to find out what I can do to recover my money.

- I'm in the same boat. There is another phone number for these people: 1-888-419-9080. It will take them a while...but hang in there until someone picks up. The woman I talked to said that I "signed up for debt help in the process of applying for payday loans"...or something like that. After threatening to go to my bank, she got her manager to authorize a refund. She said it would take 5-7 business days, and I should be getting a confirmation email within 24 hours. If I don't get an email, I'll be going to my bank. Again, the number to call to get someone is 1-888-419-9080!
