Complaint 43860 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I ordered 2 sample face creams on the net.It was a double offer. The only authorized payment to ReliftXS was postage $5.37 taken out of my visa on 9/23/2011.The cream took several weeks to arrive in Australia. Today I checked my bank statements and found on October statement they have taken an unauthorized $95.29 and on 12/2/2011 another amount of $97.39 was withdrawn.Hydroxatone was the other company involved and they have done the same thing only they have taken more bites at the apple than ReliftXS.
Hydroxatone - I authorised $2.00 for postage. Since then they have removed from my Visa card...8th October -$97.62 : 29th Oct - $68.55 : 23rd Nov- $7.21 : 29th Nov - $73.70 Today I have cancelled my Visa card in an attempt to stop them.I have emailed my complaint to both companies but as yet haven't had a response - not even an automated response from their support departments, acknowledging my emails. (Relift have taken unauthorized $192.68 Hydroxatone unauthorized =$247.08)
