I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from what I thought was a US company. At checkout a error came up, but this company charged my credit card without me confirming the order. Turns out this is an international company. I have asked numerous times why this had happened with no answer. They have stated the package was shipped through EMS, but when you put in the tracking number, it says no shipment is available. The customer service has been unhelpful and has insulted me. Update: 12/06/2011

This company has notified me it is common to have an error page. I have ordered many things online and have never had this experience. My bank has informed me if I do not get refunded in 3 days, they will proceed with a dispute.

Update: 12/07/2011

Company still says they did nothing wrong. Bank did not feel same way, they are disputing it as fraud and theft. I warn others do not get sucked into this scam!

  • i onthe 30 of november ordered ugg boots they keep contacting me through email saying they are almost ready to be shipped and iwillreceive them but only gave me a number that i bought them and not a shipping number and the www.realypay.com confirmed payment what can i do it was 217.00 for my girls i have no job and it was the last christmas i could do for my girls please anybody help me to do what ever or no christmas they are still in contact help

  • Sorry to hear that this has happened to you. The sneakers I ordered were to be a Christmas present for my husband. I have contacted my bank and they said if the company doesn't credit my card back within the next 3 days they will file a dispute. They have also advised to cancel the card and have a new one reissued.

    I hope that you will have luck getting your money back. It is so sad that company's take advantage of people this way.
