Like other complaints I've read here, it just appeared on my Verizon bill which I received 12/3/11. I never ordered it and don't know what it is. Bill was $12.95 + $0.91 NJ Sales tax.
Update: 01/09/2012
After being told by an "ILD Teleservices" rep that the charges and account would be removed... They reappeared---PLUS another month's fee---on my January phone bill.

- My phone bill said to call 800-433-4518 for problems with this account... I did that, and they said they would cancel the bill... especially as it was made under my daughter's name... My daughter hasn't lived here for more than 20 years.
