I sent my cell phone to them the end of October. I received an email from them on 11/3/11 saying it was received and being processed. Same day I received an email with the offer which was a little lower than I expected. I waited until 11/4/11 to accept the offer. On 11/7/11 I received an email stating my payment would be sent and take up to 10 business days. I haven't received a check as of yet and I email them on a daily basis with no response. I guess I got ripped off.
