I ordered a free-trial sample and paid $4.99 for shipping and handling. I received the free trial and it feels like paste on the skin. The following month I received an unauthorized delivery and a credit card charged of $79.35. I called the Stages of Beauty customer service rep and she said to send back the product by writing "refused delivery" on the outside of the parcel. She said once the parcel is received they will credit me back the money. I called a couple of weeks later as I still don't see a credit on my account and a customer service told me they have records to indicate the parcel has been indeed received. I asked him to give me the date of that receipt and he put a supervisor on the phone that told me she will not give me back my money as I did not call to cancel the free trial therefore now I am on an automatic delivery. I told her there is nothing on the trial offer that says we have to call if we don't like the trial product! They still have not refunded my money back until now. I just called today to find out why I have not been refunded and they said there is no record of them receiving the returned merchandise!! What a rip off!. I now have no product in my hands yet I still am obligated to pay them!!
