I can't believe this..I filled in a form for a sample cream for $1.00.
I didn't see any authorization documents but stupidly gave my visa details.
The cream arrived ($7) charged. Then several weeks later $117 taken out of my visa account. I sent the cream back to the address on the envelope. No documents were included in the package. I told them to refund my money and not to take any more. Now i have just received another package and checked my visa- they have taken another $125 out!! I don't know what to do or who to even contact as they have obviously ignored my letter.
HELP!!!
