Complaint 42656 Details

I ordered a $5.00 for a $10.00 CVS gift card from this company on 11/22/2011. I was told by SaveMore that it would be ready on 11/30/2011 at 12 p.m. CST. I log in to check at the correct time and I get an error that says 404- something about the link can't be found. So I think "Okay, I will call customer service and get it straightened out." NOT!! I call and it rings then picks up and a recording tells me to hold. I hold, listen to some crappy music for 15 minutes and then a message comes up telling me no representative is available and tells me to leave my info after the beep. Then I e mail their "help" and they say, "technical difficulties and it will be fixed." Still not fixed. I contact them on Facebook. I also called them out on their wall as scammers. They deleted my post and deleted me. Then I start noticing all the stuff on this site about them. Not to mention all the complaints and stuff on their FB page.
