- Reported Damages: $20.00
Got sent a letter stating I won $898,899.00 But I had to send $20. I did not send any $ as I also understand that it is ilegal to ask for $. What I would like to know is how they got my name? And issuing these fake checks, (they do state do not cash) But also state that a complete accounting of entry directives have been prepared, audited & verified for me, so read between the lines, it actually is stating the have a list & entries for you to submit for contests! But still, how can they claim that $ are waiting for you thru the postal service & not be shut down? My sister is impaired & would believe this crap! So many people duped out of what little they do have. How can this be stopped? I will gladly join in! WATCH out for these scammers! And watch out for your family members & friends that can be conned!
