Ordered a free sample and paid postage of $3 after a while received two parcels in mail and my credit card charged with $104. Am a pensioner and this was my grocery money for the week. Absolutely disgusted.

- Please contact your credit card bank and tell them and they may be able to have your money reinstated. Do it urgently. My bank acted immediately on my phone call so fingers crossed that I will not have to pay as it was unauthorised.
