At first I was misleading to say that the amount of my order is not enough for customs clearance (supposedly the order should not be less than 10 kg.), Then promised all sorts of gifts for the delay in the order. In the end, I stopped answering at all. I contacted the company asking provaydesupport.kom to close their chat sites scams. They did not close its service on these sites, even though I gave them proof (copies of payment documents, and links to other sites where there are complaints about these scams). Alibaba turned on, where I was told that they have closed a long time in these sites are themselves under suspicion of fraud. - I have repeatedly tried to contact the bank where I transferred the money. They are all the time I do not answer that makes me think that the bank is working closely with the scammers. Be careful not to use the services of this bank!
