I replied to a free trial plus $2.01 postage of this product. A month later another bottle arrived. When checking my bank statement an amount of $81.91 had been deducted. I cancelled my bank card.
I managed to contact the company and was told that they do not refund money even if it is stated the product was unsatisfactory. They said that somewhere in the spiel they say they will forward another bottle after a fortnight. It was over three weeks before I received the first one, giving no time to try the product. I feel not only was there false advertising but deception in the way they hide their terms.
Update: 11/30/2011
I have received another deduction from my bank account of $
89.05 on 14th November. The first of $89.91 on 28th October. The face lotion was not satisfactory. Juvenue's phone No. is (02)91912787

- Hi Shirley I called them and asked to refund - they started to tell me that I had to email my request etc and I refused. I told them that it was an unauthorised transaction and to refund immediately. There is no way i would have purchased product after the trail period ... my skin broke out like I was a teenager. It is horrible!

Hi Kaz My bank ANZ is submitting a claim on my behalf for unauthorised withdrawals. this was done on 1st Dec.
