I sent 107.5. grams of gold which according to BGR calculator I should be offered £.1402.7 I was offered £.767.18 this is approx £.7.13 per gram not as the calculator states over £.13.00 per gram.
I have asked a person named Katy to return my gold but she states it goes out on a Thursday. This is one of many excuses clasps are not gold, some of the items were only 8 carat, this company should not be allowed to trade this way.
