Upon ordering the smoke assist product on 4 Oct 2011 of $89.00 I have been trying to canx this product with no avail. The phone service consist of only an answering system that repeats itself leading you to various places to only be abruptly shut down and or never there!! I have been locked into their program making it hard to xmit!!! I was forced to shut down my computer just to get out of their Smoke Assist site!! Nevertheless!!!!! I am being charged on 4 Nov 2011 2 cartriges of refills for $78.00! Most of all this company makes it very difficult to canx this product within the 30 day so called trial period. I have had to shut down my computer on several occasions due to their sad customer services!! I have found my self somewhat trapped in their misleading so called SITE!! that leads me to NOWHERE!! This sad company is not only a SCAM in my opinion but worthless which consist of piss poor customer service. I would like to get a total refund of $167.00! Thank you in helping me to resolve this issue!!
