I responded to an ad on the internet for a movie download club that boasted of a high volume of movies, including new and popular. They offered a 60 day money back guarantee, and a "risk free" guarantee. During the past 14 days I have sent them 4 emails, to which they responded only twice to date. In their 2 responses they would not acknowledge my request for a refund, but instead ignored me by asking me what my reason was. Then sent me an email thanking me for my response, and boasting of all the good things they were going to do, but no mention of my request for a refund. I have not used my membership at all, and have not watched any movies, or used the membership in any way. I told them that I was very disappointed with the movies that they had to offer on their website, and that it didn't meet the expectations of what they had offered in their ad. I sent two more emails to them after their second response to me, and still have not received any response.
